These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Matt Van Mol through my website mvmhealthandfitness.com, and any related services or products.

“Account” – a registered user of MVM Health & Fitness

“Service” – members area of the MVM Health & Fitness website

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using my website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use my services.

Description of Services:

I provide online fitness programming and lifestyle coaching on my website.

​

User Responsibilities:

You must agree upon a level of service with me and be signed up to a monthly, direct debit payment via the Trainerize App.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless you have parental consent.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, followers, username, or any Account rights. With the exception of people or businesses that are expressly authorized to create Accounts on behalf of their employers or clients, we prohibit the creation of and you agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself. 

You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other MVM Health & Fitness users.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for my services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

Payment and Billing:

Payment for my service is agreed upon together and outlined via the Trainerize app. Please also consult Trainerize Ts & Cs for further information required.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in my refund policy.

If you wish to leave MVM Health & Fitness, I require at least 2 week’s notice before your next billing cycle. If you give me notice at least 2 week’s before your next billing cycle, I will cancel this next payment and your membership will expire 2 weeks from the day of your notice. If notice is given within 2 weeks of your next billing cycle, this next payment will still be taken and your membership will be cancelled thereafter.

Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services are the property of MVM Health & Fitness and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content from our services without our prior written consent.

The MVM Health & Fitness name and logo are trademarks owned by the Seller and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of MVM Health & Fitness, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Matt Van Mol.

Limitation of Liability:

I am not liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

I do not guarantee specific results from using my fitness programmes. Results may vary based on individual effort and other factors.

Changes to Services or Terms:

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

I may update or change these Terms from time to time. Continued use of my services after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom.
