How do we start working together?
If you are interested in working together, click the ‘Book a Call’ button in the top right of this page. This will take you to the booking page. On this page, fill in the relevant information and I will get back to you as soon as I can to answer your questions, organise a call with you, or get you set up for the service you have purchased.
What are the differences between your two services?
As with most services, the more you invest, the more you get. Simply put, my Foundations coaching service offers a comprehensive support structure that will help you achieve your goals and become the healthiest version of yourself. With the Growth coaching service, I support you with a much more hands on approach to your mental and emotional wellbeing, relationship with food, your body and your habits. This include more detailed support with your nutrition, more regular calls, extra MVM content and priority support.
For a full breakdown of the tiers, book in a call and we can chat things through in more detail and I can give you my opinion as to which option I think would suit you best.
How much contact do we get to have when working together?
It differs depending on how you choose to work together. I love as much communication with you as possible. Messages, Voice Notes, Zoom Calls, Form Check or Exercise Tutorial Videos - the more contact the better in my eyes.
This is a lifestyle service rather than just a training programme. Therefore, as a coach, the more information you provide me with the more suitable I can make your service to you and understand any changes that need to be made.
How do we work on habit building?
Building healthy habits is the scaffolding of our work. Progress doesn’t come from the occasional big push, it accumulates over time through small actions, additions and changes.
This includes habits within your exercise routine and nutrition. But, we go further and work together on improving your mental and emotional wellbeing, your day to day actions and behaviours, how you treat yourself and how you interact with your external world.
This is where long-term, sustainable changes and progress are found.
What if I want to leave, freeze or change my membership?
You can leave the MVM Health & Fitness programme whenever you like. All I ask is that you provide me with 2 weeks notice. Ideally, this would be 2 weeks before you next payment so that I can stop this from going through. If the next payment is due within the next two weeks, this payment will still go through.
You can freeze your membership whenever you like. Again, all I ask is that you provide me with 1 months’ notice. I can then cancel your membership. The other option is that you can freeze your membership for a retainer fee of £30.00 per month. This fee essentially ‘saves your seat’ so that after you come back, you don’t go back on the waiting list for coaching, skip the queue and we get right back to working together with your previous membership activated (unless a request to change tier of membership has been made).
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime. All I ask is that you provide me with 2 weeks notice. Ideally, this would be 2 weeks before your next payment so that I can adjust the payment you make to reflect the new tier of service that you are purchasing.
How do you write my design my training programme?
Your programme is bespoke to you. Your strength training programme will make you feel energised and empowered not drained or like you are having to sacrifice other areas of your life.
We use my MVM Baker’s Dozen Strength Training Method, built with your goal and your current level of ability in mind. It can also be based on whatever equipment you have available. You don’t need a gym or any special equipment. We can even work with just your bodyweight. It’s movement that builds a healthy relationship between you and your body, not any one particular exercise.
I take into account the types of physical activity you enjoy, your current lifestyle and work schedule, your mood and energy, injuries and any areas of focus that we need to work on. All of this contributes to a programme that meets you where you are at and then challenges you to progress over time.
How much does it cost to work together?
It depends on how much you want to work together. My Foundations coaching service is £185.00 and my Growth coaching service is £250.00. Take a look at each service in more detail here, to see exactly what you get for this investment.

Why do you combine nutrition, habit building and physical activity?
Finding a routine with your physical activity is great. However, to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle it is important to understand and address the root causes of the obstacles you have been coming up against.
What we do day in day out; whether it’s the foods we eat, the ways in which we talk to yourself or our actions and behaviours have a profound effect on our lives. It is the act of adding or adjusting to these areas of your life that help you create the long term change in your health and fitness that you are striving for. With a strong and stable relationship with food, your emotions and how you interact with the world around you. Your physical possibilities are endless.
How do we work on nutrition?
It’s a bold statement but, I think that the majority of people in our modern society have a disordered or, at the very least, disconnected relationship with food. At MVM we don’t use diets or food gimmicks, we simply work on improving your relationship with food. Everyone’s nutritional needs and hang ups are different and the list of mental, emotional and practical factors that affect your nutrition is deep. I help you understand the role that all of these factors play to equip you with the tools you need to eventually navigate your nutrition independently, find freed with food and continue to find joy in food.
