In these 30 minute video calls we will catch up on how your last couple of weeks have been and discuss any thoughts, feelings or behaviours that have sparked your interest. These 30 minutes are yours and can be used to talk about whatever you like.

No calorie tracking, no weighing ingredients, no Chicken and Rice six times a day. We go back to the beginning with food, learning about how it fuels us, satisfies us and brings us joy. Simple guidance and structure that will help uncover the role that food plays in your life, improve your confidence in your relationship with food, and find food freedom.

Using my own method of strength training called the MVM Baker’s Dozen, we focus on getting you strong and confident in your body. The physical aspect of our work is nothing to do with how you look. We use it as a way for you to rebuild trust in your body and create a routine that empowers you.
My support also includes, programme walk throughs so I can explain the rationale behind our programme, explain each workout and what we want to be getting out of them, and provide you with video tutorials for each exercise. With Foundations, I provide monthly exercise analyses to help you further progress your performance and strength. Even though I’m not there with you, it will feel like I am!

Set 10 minutes aside each week to complete your weekly Habit Creation and Behaviour Change exercise.
These exercises will focus on self-reflection through therapeutic techniques used in CBT, CFT and DBT to encourage the real change that comes from you taking ownership of your journey, being curious and tackling challenges head on.
This ongoing work that you do is the perfect combination with our coaching sessions, to maintain and solidify your relationship with food and yourself.

One of the cornerstones of our work is making use of a supportive community. In our app, you have access to a private group for peer support and safe discussions.
This is where we can work together, share compassion with each other and, in turn, receive compassion from people who know what you are going through.
This combines the collective power of community with tailored, one-on-one focus to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

This is double the amount of call time as Foundations. This helps us to really build momentum and create change through consistent action.

Progress in your Strength Training and transforming your perspective on your body and what you are capable of is even further supported through weekly analysis of your exercises.
Film your work, send them to me and I will send you back a detailed video call outlining exactly what we can do to progress this exercise next time you do it.

These are 30 minute videos I send out to the group on Mondays where I fill you in on what I have been up to in the last week, pick a particular topic to like emotional resilience, self-compassion, and goal setting to discuss and highlight something I want you to take forward for that week whether that’s a question I want you to ask yourself, a particular perspective or a ‘mini-mission’ to implement a new habit into your life.

Structure and tracking isn’t inherently bad for people who struggle with obsessiveness or control.
It’s all about how we use it. With Growth, you get access to my carefully curated Habit Tracking tools (nutrition, self-reflection, mindfulness, habits, goal-tracking) that can further help solidify your work week to week, give us more opportunity for reflection on information as to why, when and how progress, maintenance and even setbacks, have happened and therefore help us to continue to learn and build out your framework for change.
